We make your visit as easy as possible. On you first visit, we will complete the paperwork, special measurements and your eye exam. Please be sure to bring your insurance cards, prescription medications you take, and your present set of eyeglasses. If you have any questions, jot them down so we can discuss them. We participate with Medicare and Blue Cross and also accept Medical Assistance and most other private 
insurance companies. We will bill most insurance companies for you after you have met your deductibles, co-payments and other patient responsibilities. We will do our best to assist with your insurance and make your visit as easy as possible. Please always feel free to ask any questions. Payments for medical services are requested at the time of the service. We do appreciate your cooperation.

Emergencies can and do happen.
That’s true for me as a doctor, and for you as patients as well. If you should need to change an appointment, please give us 24-hours notice so another patient can be seen. We will gladly reschedule your visit.
